The NSBB Preorder Process & Details
PREORDER POLICY – PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
All hats are sold as PREORDERS unless otherwise stated.
Every hat is made in small production runs to ensure the highest quality possible.
Our standard production minimum is 30 hats before an order is placed with our manufacturer. Do I always wait until we reach 30? Honestly… not usually! If you’ve been around for a while, you know I’m terrible at waiting. I often place production orders early because I’m just as excited as y’all are to get these hats made.
Some specialty hat designs require a minimum order quantity of 50 hats. This requirement is determined by my production team and is unfortunately something I cannot control.
Once a hat enters production, it is estimated to arrive to me within 4–5 weeks, although production times may vary slightly.
By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the preorder timeline and policies below.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- All preorder sales are final.
- No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once your order has entered production.
- Please only place an order if you are comfortable with the estimated production timeline.
If a Hat Does Not Reach Production
If a preorder does not meet the required minimum quantity and I choose not to move forward with production, you will have the option to:
- Receive store credit, or
- Transfer your order to another in-stock hat, or
- Move your order to another open preorder.
Once a Pre-Order has made Production
Once your hat has been submitted to production, refunds and cancellations can no longer be offered. At that point, materials have been ordered, manufacturing has begun, and your order is already in process.
Production Timeline
Production timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to:
- Manufacturer scheduling
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather
- Other unforeseen delays
I will always keep everyone updated as information becomes available.

Product Variations
Please note that fonts, colors, stitching, embroidery, and graphics may vary slightly during manufacturing. Every effort is made to match each design as closely as possible, but minor production variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Shipping
Once production is complete, I pay for expedited air shipping from my manufacturer to me. While this is an added expense for my business, I choose to do this because getting your hats to you as quickly as possible is a top priority.
After I receive the shipment, most orders are packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days.
